We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our van sales operation in Hafr Al Batin. This role is crucial in achieving our targeted sales volume and margin for Almarai products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate Supervisors’ performance to ensure operational areas meet volume and margin goals.
• Achieve budgeted volumes for Fresh, Foods, Juice, and UHT products to meet profitability objectives.
• Ensure distribution targets are met across all trade channels.
• Monitor product orders to align with market demand.
• Enforce compliance with company credit policies.
• Support adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Assess training needs and enhance skills of team members.
• Identify high-potential team members for career growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years in FMCG sales management.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large teams.
• Proficiency in English.
